R.T. SIMMONS began his real estate career with a bang in 1998, culminating into his being honored with the prestigious Prince George’s CountyRookie of the Year Award and Weichert Realtors’ Rookie of the Year Award, Mid-Atlantic Region.

Not one to stop there, R.T. went on to excel as a top-producing RE/Max agent, being named to the Chairman’s Club, 100% Club, Distinguished Sales Club, Platinum Club and the most prestigious of all, their Hall of Fame. R.T. holds the national designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist).

After selling real estate for only 7 years, R.T. has reached new heights with the launch of his own company , EXIT POWERHOUSE REALTY, which opened in Lanham, MD in July 2005 with 15 agents. He and his agents have already to date built the office to 242 agents strong and the company is still growing .

R.T. has also now merged with The Battle/Cooper team, former owners of a Re/Max Allegiance Franchise in Upper Marlboro, MD, this office becoming yet another EXIT POWERHOUSE REALTY… opening with 30 agents.
